Terms and Conditions – 98pkr Platform Rules & Player Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to 98pkr. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 98pkr platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services offered under the 98pkr brand. 98pkr is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under an international gaming licence, providing services to eligible players in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.

By creating an account on 98pkr, accessing any part of the platform, or placing a bet or playing any game, you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 98pkr platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply alongside any product-specific rules that govern individual games and betting markets on 98pkr. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules apply to that particular product unless specifically stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To use 98pkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 98pkr strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age cannot be verified.
• You must be accessing and using the 98pkr platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. You must register and use 98pkr as an individual acting in your own personal capacity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of 98pkr or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

By registering on 98pkr, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met. 98pkr reserves the right to close any account and forfeit balances where eligibility requirements are found to have been misrepresented.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one 98pkr account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different contact details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to a single individual, 98pkr reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering on 98pkr. This includes your legal name, date of birth, phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98pkr login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. 98pkr will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access occurred through the use of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your 98pkr account, contact support immediately.

3.4 Verification

98pkr may request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during an account review. Acceptable verification documents include government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 98pkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are accepted:

• Easypaisa – mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash – mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay – digital wallet
• SadaPay – digital wallet
• Bank IBFT – interbank transfer
• Visa / Mastercard – debit or credit card

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 unless a specific promotional offer states otherwise. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on your account tier and the payment method used.

Deposits on 98pkr are credited to your balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. If a deposit does not appear within fifteen minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider, contact the 98pkr support team with your transaction reference number.

98pkr does not charge a fee for standard deposits. Third-party payment processors may apply their own fees which are outside 98pkr's control. You are solely responsible for any such fees.

Only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted on 98pkr. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party account may be held pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 98pkr account are processed to your registered payment method. The following rules apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Standard withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within five to ten minutes of approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• Any pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering restrictions.
• 98pkr reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Providing false or incomplete verification documents may result in the withdrawal being rejected and the account suspended.
• Large withdrawals may be processed in multiple instalments at 98pkr's discretion. If this applies to your withdrawal, the support team will inform you of the schedule.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotions offered by 98pkr are subject to these general terms as well as the specific terms stated in the individual promotion. Promotional terms will always be communicated clearly at the point of offer. If there is any ambiguity, the 98pkr support team can clarify the applicable terms before you accept a bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on 98pkr carry a wagering requirement — this means the bonus funds (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked a specified number of times before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must generate a total of ten times the bonus value in qualifying bets before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry period. Unexpired bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the deadline will be removed from your account without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting and specific casino games may contribute at different rates — the contribution rates for each product are stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Minimum bet sizes may apply when wagering with bonus funds. Bets placed below the stated minimum may not count toward wagering requirement completion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

98pkr operates a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using systematic low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or colluding with other players to benefit from bonuses. Where bonus abuse is identified, 98pkr reserves the right to remove bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and to close the account.

6.4 98pkr's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions

98pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, players who have already accepted the relevant bonus will not be affected — the terms in place at the time of acceptance will continue to apply.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 98pkr are subject to the following general betting rules and to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or market:

• Bets placed on 98pkr are final once confirmed. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not available unless 98pkr specifically offers a cash-out function for that market, and that function is exercised before the outcome is determined.
• 98pkr reserves the right to void any bet where a palpable error in odds is identified. A palpable error is defined as an odds price so clearly incorrect that no reasonable person could have genuinely believed it to be intentional. 98pkr will communicate any such voiding to the affected player.
• In-play bets are subject to real-time odds that can change without notice. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settled bet.
• In the event of a match or event being postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum required play time is completed, all bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 72 hours.
• Maximum win limits apply to individual bets and accumulator bets on 98pkr. These limits are displayed on the bet slip and vary by sport and market.
• 98pkr does not accept bets placed from accounts where the balance is insufficient to cover the stake.

8. Casino & Games Rules

The following rules apply to all casino products on 98pkr, including slots, live casino games, baccarat, and virtual games:

• All casino games on 98pkr use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that produces outcomes independently of any previous result. RNG certification is maintained through regular independent audits.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slots session, the game round will be settled according to the final state recorded on 98pkr's servers. The outcome shown on the server record is definitive.
• Live dealer games are subject to real-time rules that cannot be revisited after a decision is made. Players in live games agree to follow the dealing studio's stated rules.
• Ludo and virtual sports games follow their specific product rules available within the game interface.
• Any malfunction of the casino software voids all game play and all associated bets for the affected round. Stakes for voided rounds are returned to the player's balance.

9. Responsible Gaming

98pkr takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These include deposit limits, session time alerts, self-exclusion, and cool-down periods, all accessible directly from your account settings without requiring support assistance.

98pkr is committed to preventing underage gambling. Age verification may be requested at any stage of an account's lifecycle. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended. Any player who suspects that a minor is using 98pkr should contact the support team immediately.

10. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 98pkr. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit on 98pkr.
• Money laundering: Using 98pkr as a vehicle for laundering proceeds of criminal activity in any form.
• Match fixing: Betting on events where you have inside knowledge of the outcome or where the outcome has been manipulated, or facilitating the fixing of any event on which bets are accepted by 98pkr.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on 98pkr, including live casino games.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games on 98pkr without prior written authorisation.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with a payment provider after they have been used for betting on 98pkr.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account per individual, as described in Section 3.1.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

98pkr collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify player identities, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. By registering on 98pkr, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw certain consents at any time, though withdrawal of consent for mandatory data processing may affect your ability to use the platform.

98pkr uses industry-standard encryption for all data transmission. Financial data is processed through secured payment gateways and is not stored directly on 98pkr servers beyond what is required for transaction records.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98pkr's liability to any player is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the liability arises. 98pkr is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages of any kind including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

98pkr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect availability. 98pkr will endeavour to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

Betting and gambling inherently involve risk. 98pkr makes no representation that you will win money by using the platform. Past performance of any betting strategy has no bearing on future results. Players are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

98pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity as described in Section 10.
• Receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider for a 98pkr transaction.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or other criminal activity.
• At the player's own request (account closure).

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact the support team. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following account closure, subject to identity verification.

14. Changes to These Terms

98pkr reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes, 98pkr will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address or phone number on file.

Your continued use of the 98pkr platform after any changes to these Terms and Conditions take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact the support team to arrange account closure.
